HALF-TABLE SOLUTIONS FOR SHORTER GAMES
5-board sitouts are unacceptable. Also, curtailing a Howell just to save time results in different tops on boards and bad balance. At SBC, movement setups are available to circumvent these problems. If desired, everyone can play a minimum of 20 boards.
NOTE: any designation for a Phantom Pair or Bye-stand Position must be selected in order to avoid a relay.
